Contact & Consult
After contacting us about your project, our office will schedule a discovery call to get the basic details of your project type, timeline, and budget.
If we are a good fit, you will then be scheduled for a prepaid consultation with Christie Leu or another Senior Designer. At this time, you'll receive a comprehensive explanation of our processes, sign the design agreement, and pay the necessary retainer to begin the project.

Design & Plan
During the design and planning phase, we will take measurements, meet with contractors, source and price furnishings and finishes, and prepare presentation drawings for your review and approval.
At this time, we will also confirm the budget and scope of your project. We will then accept deposits for all approved work and furnishings.

Install & Styling
We will begin placing orders, moving ahead with construction management, and collaborating with our team of professionals. At the same time installation begins, all final payments are due.
During the installation and styling phases, we will be onsite with our tradespeople to address every detail and walk the space(s) with you to handle any corrections and receive your feedback. Our interiors photographer will capture your finished space promptly after installation.
